The instant start, electric 8 amp motor helps you power through branches quickly and the low-kickback 10-inch bar and chain makes lopping and pruning simple. The Ranger is equipped with anti-rotation pole design for stable use, and a non-slip grip for added comfort. The 2-in-1 detachable saw converts with no tools required. Remington offers a 2-year limited warranty. Manufacturer note: It is normal for bar and chain oil to seep from the unit when not in use. Please take this into consideration when storing the unit.

Fantastic Pole Saw I started to ponder whether or not I wanted a gas or electric pole saw for my yard. I decided on this pole saw and very glad that I did. The pole saw comes in the box in two main parts (pole in two parts, the chain saw). Pole assembly is very easy as the two parts to the pole simply snap together and the chain saw (which can be used as a stand-alone smaller electric chain saw) fits on with a plastic piece and a washer and screw nut. I had tried to cut the limb off via strapping a 16′ ladder to the tree and using a 16′ non-powered pole saw. This was very difficult to stand on a ladder that high and try to saw through…
