The 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion cordless/corded L.E.D. Floodlight (DML805) offers the convenience of cordless or corded operation, and provides bright and even Lighting for large work spaces without the high heat of halogens. At full brightness It provides 750 lumens of light, and 450 lumens on low mode. The fast-charging 18V LXT Lithium-Ion 4.0Ah battery (sold separately) delivers 10.5 hours of continuous illumination on a single charge. It also features extreme protection technology (XPT™) for improved dust and water resistance. It is fully compatible with Makita 18V Lithium-Ion batteries.

    Good overall, but with limits Pros: Bright, weather resistant and well made overall. The light pattern is a well dispersed flood. Versatile in that it can used corded or cordless. A bit bulky, but easy to handle and not too heavy. The LEDs run cool – much less hazardous than halogen. The cord is reasonably flexible, unlike some cheap lights. The angle adjustment is solid and easy to use.Cons: Don’t expect the light output of a high wattage halogen. In lumens, this is closer to the output of a good 60w bulb,…

    Where have you been all my life.. This light is amazing. It’s bright, light weight and has decent battery life.I have been using 5.0amh batteries and get about 7 hours per battery. That’s pretty good. It lights up about 1500sqft really well and makes rollingnup at the end of the day so much easier for us. There is one little issue…….. I’m not sure why Makita didn’t put a cord wrap on the cord. It comes undone all of the time. I guess I can afford a $1 wrap.I will be buying more of these very…
