    For those skeptical of an electric mower, you have nothing to fear I will freely admit that I was a bit skeptical of having an electric mower. I liked the idea of not having to deal with gas and the necessary mess and smells that come along with it, but I was worried that an electric mower would never have the same power as a gas-powered mower and thought I would have to spend more time waiting for the battery to charge than actually doing lawn work.     quiet and easy to operate I’ve only used it for one mowing so far, but this is exactly what I was looking for. No Gas/oil and maintacnce, quiet and easy to operate. I opted not to pay more for the self-propel, as it usually brakes after a few years and this is much lighter than a gas mower.I let my lawn go 3 weeks this spring, and it took two rounds to finish my 1/3 of an acre.
