Works great – but it has personality that can be devestating if you do not know the trick. I bought a refurbished model and it had a horrible grinding noise and would not run more than 3-4 seconds. I purchased a second and I still had problems with the unit only running 3-4 seconds at a time. I thought I had been given a bad battery, as well as a bad motor. Just get it. Definitely worth it OK so I bought this at home depot today. I’ve used 3 electric cordless trimmers so far. The kobalt 40v, the ego 56v and this one. This thing blows all out the water. I was looking originally for a dewalt but their price for a company that is beginning to dabble in the landscaping is very steep.I picked this one up at home depot like I said before with the 4ah battery.
